Michael Hoffmann
(PhD in ecology) is the main project coordinator. He has more
than 30 years of practical experience in applied environmental
sciences, mainly from his former work in Germany and Ukraine and
from his international project work. He has also experiences in using
data bank, GIS and GIS based ecological models.

Valeriy Mykhaylenko
Associate Professor at Kyiv National University, (Ph.D. in
analytical chemistry). Valeriy has a long-term experience in
environmental chemistry. He coordinated environmentally sound
and social projects for Ukrainian State Governmental officials
and NGO leaders introduced by USAID through The Academy for
Educational Development (AED) and Community Partnership
Project (CPP). Valeriy also was employed by GEF-UNEP project
as Public Awareness Expert related to introducing Stockholm
Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants in Ukraine.
